We all know about losing data, information and emails as the result of a virus or a pc crash, and we all know backup is one of the most powerful ways to protect against suffering when this happens. 

What very few of us do is backup regularly.

Backing up your emails and important files on even a weekly basis can save you huge problems when the day inevitably arrives and you are in a situation non of us wants to be in.

Its pretty easy just to backup emails and files.

Simply have a small external hard drive connected to your pc and set your email software to backup your emails every few days. Then make sure you have a copy of your important files saved on the hard drive and choose a day each week where you set aside the 5 mins to copy over an updated version.

A backup will give you peace of mind and ensure that you will still have access to the important files on your computer.
